About This Role

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Dispatch Replenisher to support our fast-paced food manufacturing and dispatch operations.

This role is critical in ensuring our picking and packing teams have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time — keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently each day.

You’ll be working across our freezer and warehouse environments, supporting stock flow, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a safe and organised workplace.


Site will be moving to Wetherill Park NSW (2164) in July 2026.


Key Responsibilities

  • Replenish stock from warehouse storage to the dispatch picking freezer

  • Receive, organise and store finished goods, ingredients and packaging

  • Use warehouse systems to identify and transfer required stock

  • Accurately record stock movements and transfers in systems

  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

  • Transfer stock between locations as required

  • Identify and isolate damaged or non-conforming products

  • Support dispatch and production teams with operational needs

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse and freezer areas

  • Follow all food safety, quality and WHS procedures at all times

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience

    • Previous warehouse or dispatch experience preferred (food industry highly regarded)

    Skills & Competencies

    • Reliability & Work Ethic – Consistent attendance, punctual for early starts, and dependable in completing tasks

    • Attention to Detail – Accurate stock handling, labelling checks, and system recording

    • Time Management – Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment

    • Teamwork – Willingness to support others and contribute to team success

    • Communication – Clear and respectful communication with supervisors and team members

    • Safety Awareness – Strong understanding of safe work practices and manual handling

    • Problem Solving – Ability to identify issues (e.g. stock shortages, damages) and act quickly

    • Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment

    Technical

    • Basic computer literacy (warehouse systems / scanning systems)

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in cold storage or freezer environments

  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)

  • Experience with warehouse management systems

Working Conditions

  • Freezer and cold storage environment

  • Manual handling and physical work required

  • Early morning starts (5:00am)
